Diagnostic Procedure with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC)
O: DTC 51 NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH (MT MODEL)
• DIAGNOSIS:
• The neutral position switch signal is abnormal.
• The harness connector between ECM and neutral position switch is open or shorted.
• TROUBLE SYMPTOM:
• Erroneous idling
CAUTION:
After repair or replacement of faulty parts, conduct Clear Memory and inspection modes. <Ref. to
