Blocking incoming faxes

The fax block list setting allows you to create a list of phone numbers
that, when a fax is received from those numbers, it is stored in
memory and immediately deleted. Faxes received from blocked
numbers are not printed.

To create a blocked-fax list

To remove numbers from the blocked-fax list

Scroll down and touch FAX DESTINATION BIN to display the
settings screen.
Use the up and down arrows to select the number of the bin
(default=0), and then touch OK.
On the control panel, press the Menu button to display the
main menu.
Touch FAX to display the fax menu.
Scroll down and touch FAX RECEIVE.
Scroll down and touch BLOCKED FAX LIST to display the
blocked fax menu.
Touch ADD BLOCKED NUMBER to display the keyboard.
Type a number and touch OK.
To add additional numbers, repeat steps 5 and 6.
On the control panel, press the Menu button to display the
main menu.
Touch FAX to display the fax menu.
Scroll down and touch FAX RECEIVE.
Touch BLOCKED FAX LIST to display the blocked fax menu.
Touch REMOVE BLOCKED NUMBER to display the list of
blocked phone numbers.
Scroll through the numbers to highlight one you wish to remove,
and then touch the phone number to remove it. Repeat this step
for any numbers you want to remove.
Touch OK to exit.
