Oil guard plate attachment

1. Attach the oil guard plate 1 to the main frame unit with the 2 screws 1.

XY carriage unit removal
1. Position the XY carriage unit 1 as shown in the photo on the right, and
then insert the X guide shaft 2.
*Key point
• Check that the cut face end 3 of the X guide shaft 2 is on the
left side.
2. Position the main frame unit 4 and the XY carriage unit 1 as shown in
the photo on the right.
*Key point
• Check that the cut face end 3 of the X guide shaft 2 is on the
left side.
• Check that the rail 5 of the main frame unit 4 is engaged with
the groove on the X slider 6.
3. Attach the X guide shaft 2 to the main frame unit 4 with the 2 screws 1.
*Key point
• Fully tighten the X slider securing screw 2.
