Failure Investigation for Electronic Parts Embroidery unit does not operate normally
Does the embroidery frame move to
the back when initial operation is
started with the Y carriage at the front
end (with the slit on Y sensor shut off)?
Does the embroidery frame move to
the left when initial operation is started
with the X carriage at the right end
(with the slit on X sensor shut off)?
Is the resistance between
pin 1 (white housing) & pin 1 (red housing),
pin 2 (white housing) & pin 2 (red housing),
pin 3 (white housing) & pin 3 (red housing),
and pin 4 (white housing) & pin 4 (red housing)
on the YPM lead wire assy. 1 Ω or
less?
