Cord guide attachment

1. Insert the lead wire assembly YPM relay 1 and then the lead wire of the Y
sensor PCB assembly 2 into the groove on the cord guide 3, and then
secure these with the screw 1.
*Key point
• Check that the lead wire assembly YPM relay 1 and the lead
wire of the Y sensor PCB assembly 2 are routed as shown in
the photo on the right.

X slider attachment
1. Align the boss on the X slider 1 with the oval hole on the bent section at
the lower section of the X carriage assembly.
2. Temporarily tighten the screw 1.
*Key point
• Fully tighten the screw after the XY carriage unit has been
attached.
3. Insert the lead wire into the nylon sleeve 2, and then attach the
guide of the X slider 1.

X initial shutter attachment
1. Attach the X initial shutter 1 with the screw 1.
*Key point
• The X initial shutter has sharp edges. Be careful when
handling it.
