— Die Geräte sind mit einem dauerhaften Typenschild zu versehen,
das neben Angaben über Hersteller, Typ und Fertigungsnummer
die Aufschrift enthält:
"PFG-Nr. 41300404"
Andere Kennzeichnungsvorschriften bleiben davon unberührt. Mit
diesem Typenschild bestätigt die Herstellerfirma, dass die Geräte
die in diesem Bericht beschriebenen Eigenschaften und techni-
schen Merkmale aufweisen. Jedes Gerät, das nicht mit diesem
Typenschild versehen ist, entspricht nicht dem vorliegenden
Bericht.
— Auf Anforderung ist dem Betreiber ein vollständiger Abdruck
dieses Berichtes sowie des Prüfberichtes PFG-Nr. 41300404P
zur Verfügung zu stellen.

— The devices must have permanently attached rating plates which
contain, in addition to the name of the manufacturer, the device
type and the serial number, must carry the information
"PFG No. 41300404"
Other regulations for marking of the devices remain unaffected
by this. With this rating plate, the manufacturer confirms that the
devices possess the properties and technical features described
in this report. Devices which do not carry this rating plate do not
comply with this report.
— On request, the user of the device must be provided with a
complete print-out of this report and of the Inspection Report
PFG No. 41300404P.
