Zusätzliche Spülzeit abwarten
Die Spülphase ist notwendig, um alle Ein-
flüsse bei Einsatz der Schlauchsonde zu
minimieren, die insbesondere bei der Mes-
sung von Konzentrationen im ppm-Bereich
sehr störend sein können.
Die Pumpenlaufzeit wird in der unteren Zeile
der Anzeige angezeigt.
Die Spülzeit ist von Faktoren abhängig, wie
Art und Konzentration des zu messenden
Gases, Material, Länge, Durchmesser und
Alter des Schlauches.
Zu Beachten: Nach einer vollständigen
Benetzung der weißen Membranen vor pum-
penein- und -auslaß mit flüssigen Medien,
sind vor Wiederaufnahme des Pumpbe-
triebs die Membranen zu trocknen. Ver-
schmutzte Membranen sind auszutauschen
(E-Set Pumpenmembrane 83 18 607).

schaltet automatisch um auf Diffusions-
betrieb.
Flushing the hose probe
The hose probe must be flushed before
use in order to minimise the effects of any
substances which may still be in the hose,
since these effects may easily falsify the
results, especially when measuring
concentrations in the ppm range.
The running time of the pump is shown
on the bottom line of the display.
The necessary flushing time depends on various
factors such as the type and concentration of
the gas to be measured, the material from which
the hose is made, the length and diameter of the
hose and the age of the hose.
Attention: Dry the white pump membranes
after moistening with any liquids before oper-
ating the unit in pump mode again.
Contaminated or dirty membranes need to
be exchanged (Pump membrane set
83 18 607).

Terminating pumped mode
4 Loosen the screws and remove the
adapter for pumped mode. The
instrument automatically returns
to diffusion mode.
