• One formatted student diskette to record each
technician's course exam results. The diskette is
not provided, but student diskette labels are
enclosed. The mailing address and return
instructions are listed after successfully completing
the course exam.
• Service Manual for the product for which you want
to receive Lexmark certification. Service Manuals
are available on the Service Library CD. You may
want to print your own copy of a service manual
from the Service Information and Training CD, or
you may order books and other material from

Service Training
During the course exam, you may use the service
manual to answer technical questions relating to meter
readings or connector and pin numbers.
You will be using the service manual extensively to
complete service training.
Please refer to the service manual as necessary for:
• Removal and replacement steps
• Diagnostic steps
• Parts Catalog (relationship of parts)
• Voltage or Ohms check
Refer to the service manual "Table of Contents" for
location of connectors and pin numbers.
