We have removed the printer frame and carrier
transport assembly so you can see the paper feed
motor.
The purpose of the paper feed motor is to feed paper
from the automatic sheet feed through the printer's
paper path.
Note: All Lexmark inkjet printers use a stepper
motor for feeding paper.
