To send command to the printer:
1. Connect the printer to your computer and turn on the printer.
Double click on the Printer Management Utility icon to open it.

Select the printer.

Click Command Tool.

5. Enter the command and click Send. For example, to clear formats, fonts, or graphics,
type UNINSTALL "*.*" and KILL F, "*.*" then click Send.
Resend the formats, fonts, or graphics.
