3. Getting started
The ZEUS projector does not have a built in UPS unit.
Projector weight
Do not underestimate the weight of the ZEUS projector. The projector weight approximately 67 kg (147 lb.) without lens. Ensure that
the pedestal on which the projector is installed is capable of supporting the complete load of the system. Minimum 4 adult persons
are needed to carry the projector.
Measures to resolve radio interference
Operation of this equipment in a residential area may cause radio interference. Possible interference shall be solved by one of the
following non limitative product installation measures:
•
Create more separation distance between projector and interfered device.
•
Change direction of the interfered device.
•
Electromagnetic shielding of the projection booth.
No interference to radio communication in neighbor buildings possible if a separation distance of 30 m (32.8
yards) is provided.
Barco offers a pedestal for the ZEUS projector. This universal pedestal allows for a solid and easy setup of
the projector. The universal pedestal support 19" rack systems. (projector peripherals such as alternative
content switchers, ShowVault, etc.)
