Regular maintenance

T Clean the milk system (see Chapter 5 'Maintenance – Clean-
ing the milk system').
T Remove the milk pipe and rinse it thoroughly under running
water.
T Dismantle and rinse the milk system (see Chapter 5 'Main-
tenance – Dismantling and rinsing the professional fine
foam frother').
T Wipe the surface of the machine with a clean, soft, damp
cloth (e.g. microfibre cloth).
E To clean the display, you can disable it under
status' / 'Lock display'.

Carry out the following maintenance actions regularly or as requi-
red:

In the interests of hygiene, we recommend changing the milk
pipe and interchangeable milk spout on a regular basis
(approximately every 3 months). Replacements are available
from specialised dealers.

Clean the inside of the water tank, e.g. with a brush. Further
information about the water tank is provided in these instruc-
tions for use (see Chapter 5 'Maintenance – Descaling the
water tank').
U
Traces of milk and coffee may stick to the top and bottom of
the cup grille. If this happens, clean the cup grille.
