7. Right click in the "Configure Port" area and then choose the "Open COM Port" item under the
VxComm utility.

8. Select the appropriate COM Port, Baud Rate and Data Format settings from the relevant drop
down options (for example "COM1", "115200" , "8", "None" and 1"), and then click the "Open
COM" button.
