Teldat S.A.
a problem is detected, the process ends and the S LED flashes red. Once the process has finished, the console is
available and starts showing data.
Once the device has finished booting up, it performs an auto-test and auto-detection test on the motherboard hard-
ware. The device LEDs first light up in yellow, then red and finally green, thus serving as a visual operational check.
Then, for each internal element checked, a device LED lights up yellow (starting with the S LED). If the test is suc-
cessful, the LED stays green. If a fault is detected, the corresponding LED stays red and, once the auto-test has fin-
ished, depending on the problem, the device resets and repeats the process or lets you use the console to resolve
the problem.
On startup, all the LEDs switch off and the routing applications code is decompressed. During this period, the C LED
blinks in green. The console displays the depressed code in dots and blocks.
The application runs once the decompression process has finished. The configuration, if found, is read and the
device prompt or an access login is displayed. At this point, if everything went smoothly, the S LED lights up in
green. You will find an example of what is showing on the console in section 3.2.a.
