TROUBLESHOOTING

MISALIGNED OBJECTS
• Build plate should be clean and without any evidence of residue.
• Tighten VAT stoppers and calibration levers.
DEFORMED OBJECTS
• VAT should be clean and without scratches.
• Make sure that the projector is dust-free.
• Object's resolution setting should match with projector's resolution setting.
• Adjust the focus of the projector.
OBJECT CRACKS DURING PRINTING
• Tighten VAT stoppers and calibration levers.
• Adjust cure time.
OBJECT PEELS AWAY FROM THE BUILD PLATE
• Position the build plate and calibrate the VAT.
• Improve support structures.
• Add base to model.
• For complexed designs, add support.
• Adjust initial layer cure time.
