2. Raise the rear of the hitch and place the hook assembly
(CC, Figure 9) over the lift shaft between the welded
washers.

3. Connect the front of the hitch to the tractor J-hooks (a,
Figure 10) using the latch rod (HH) and a hair pin (J) in
the top holes of the push bar latch.
4. Secure the front of the hitch to the tractor by attaching
the hitch rod (II) and a hair pin (J) in the bottom hole of
the push bar latch.

5. Push the support clamp backwards until it is snug
against the hook assembly. Tighten the nuts on the
support clamp.
6. Tighten the hardware installed in Step 1 of "Assemble
Hitch" section.

Install Rear Lift Rod

NOTE: The following section applies to tractors with factory
installed lift lever AND/OR hydraulic lift models.
1. Slide the lift lever assembly (JJ, Figure 11) onto the end
of the tractor lift shaft under the right side footrest. Use
the tabs (a) on the lift lever to capture the tractor lift arm
(b).

2. Insert the rear of the lift rod assembly (KK, Figure 12)
into the bottom of the lift lever.
