2.1.3.2 Electric Terminal linkage (When APS Holder is installed)
The APS holder contains film wind/rewind motor, photo sensor, and their control and drive circuit. When
the APS holder is installed to the scanner, the micro switch A detects the APS holder and the four signal
terminals at the right corner of APS holder contact to the electric terminal of carrier holder unit and then it
is possible to communicate with the scanner. Refer to Figure 2-12.
