Is Your Motorcycle Ready to Ride?
If you are carrying a passenger or cargo, also check the
following:
Weight

Cargo
Limits
Cargo
Security
Adjustments
Make sure that you do not exceed the total
load limit or the
limits
for each cargo
compartment (page 33).
Check that all cargo is secure and that the
travel trunk, saddlebags, and other
compartments are closed.
If you change your nonnalload. consider
adjusting your rear tire pressure (page 51),
your front suspension (U.S. SE
&
ASP: page
43), rear suspension (page 44), and your
headlight beam (page 51).
Remember,

sure to take care of any problem you find or
have your Honda dealer correct it before you ride.
