5. Slowly turn the squelch control knob clockwise until the
background noise just disappears (RX indicator goes out).
6. To transmit, depress lhe TALK lever and hold it while
talking (TX indicator comes on).
7. To receive signals. release me lever.
AUtomatic Switch-Over between C~adiQ/Cassette
You may set the controls so that the CB radio will
automatically override either the radio or the cassette player.
The automatic switch-over will only function when lhe
radio/cassette player and the CB radio are in the same listening
(headset or speaker) mode.

2. Slowly tum the squelch control knob clockwise untillhe
background noise disappears and the radio/cassette sound
can be heard (RX indicator goes out).
At this position, an incoming CB signal will intenupt the
radiol cassette sound and switch over to CB radio during
reception.
Whenever the TALK lever is depressed. the radio/cassette
sound will
be
interrupted, and the CB signal
will be
transmitted.
