    Always be prepared to quickly regain manual control of your boat. • Never operate the autopilot system near hazards in the water, such as docks, pilings, and other boats.     Display The usual stand-by operation is performed by the autopilot system side, not performed by the Ilmor Vessel Control System side. When the stand-by operation cannot be performed on the autopilot display, it can be operated from the Ilmor Vessel Control System display.
  • Page 30 When the poor operation or abnormalities of the autopilot system should arise, the buzzer of the autopilot system sounds and “Helm ECU detect Failure” appears on the Ilmor Vessel Control System display. At this time, engine will be in the neutral of idling automatically and the autopilot operation is canceled, and then is changed to the normal steering operation.
