Software

ViaVideo User's Guide
The PC and ViaVideo software selections in the Software screen
allow you to view software information. This is useful when you are
troubleshooting PC problems, or if you are having trouble with the
ViaVideo unit.

PC Software

The PC Software screen lets you view the following system
properties without having to leave the ViaVideo application:
VGA Resolution
Color Depth
Display Mode
Operating System The operating system software version.
USB Universal Host Controller
Video Card

ViaVideo Software

The ViaVideo Software screen lets you view and set the following
information:
USB Driver Version
Camera Version
Boot Version
Software Update URL
System Information and Diagnostics
VGA resolution setting.
The color depth (or density) setting.
The graphics display mode.
The universal serial bus (USB) host controller
software version.
The type of video card installed.
The version of the universal serial bus
driver.
The version of software uploaded to the
camera unit.
The version of software resident on the
camera unit (firmware).
The URL that ViaVideo uses to check for
software updates. The default address is
ViaVideo's software update site:
viavideo.austin.polycom.com.
