Low Audio
Cannot hear the far side.
Can hear the far site, but
they can not hear me.

Explanation
Audio levels are not set
correctly.
The far site is muted, or
volume controls need to be
adjusted.
The audio is muted,
microphone settings are
incorrect, or the audio
connection is not correct.

Troubleshooting
Solution
1. Check your sound levels
in the Volume Controls
(right-click the speaker
icon in the Windows
toolbar). Check Line In,
Wave, and Master
Volume controls.
2. Check the volume control
for your PC speakers.
See "No Audio" above.
1. Make sure your audio is
not muted.
2. Make sure the far site has
the volume set correctly.
3. Check your microphone
settings in System
Info>Setup>Audio.
