9 Request Exit – REX Push Button
Signals involved: Input 2 and Output 2
A REX push button can be connected to the system on input 2 (IN2). The REX push button must be
installed on the secured side and will allow easy exit by activating output 2 (OC2) without using a
mobile phone.
A mobile phone is required to arm/disarm the alarm system connected to output 1 (OC1). The REX
push button cannot do this alone. However, the REX push button is required with the alarm
arming and disarming feature.
