Knife does not operate
Condition
Receipt is not cut.

The following problems all need to be corrected by a qualified service representative.

MICR check reader not operating properly
•
Forms not feeding into the slip/forms area properly
•
Missing dots in slip or forms printing
•
Printer will not cycle or stop when required
•
Illegible characters
Contacting a service representative
For serious problems, such as the printer not printing, not communicating with the host
computer, or not turning on, contact CognitiveTPG technical support at 1(800)732-8950,
extension 4.
Returning a printer
Follow the instructions in Chapter 3 if you need to return a printer for servicing.
