TOILET (ELECTRIC) DIAGNOSTIC CHART
PROBLEM
Toilet does not ush or ush perfor-
mance is poor
Water does not enter bowl during
ush or water add cycle
Water livel in bowl has changed af-
ter ush
Water continues dripping brie y
into bowl a er ush cycle is com-
plete
Bowl drains dry a er ush
Wall switch does not appear to light
up or does not stay lit
Toilet is inoperative and there is no
lighting in the wall switch
CAUSE
Waste tank is full (tank indicator
light on wall switch is RED)
Clog at pump inlet
Solid object in macerator
Low voltage
Water supply line kinked or not
connected
No power to water pump
Water supply has been truned o
Electronic control problem
Flush re ll mode has been changed Reprogram lush re ll mode; see
Toilet is installed below water line
with vacuum breaker in water sup-
ply line
Water is siphoning out of the bowl
No power to toilet
Wall switch not properly connected
to toilet
Wall switch has entered sleep mode
Wall switch electronics problem
No power to toilet

ACTION/SOLUTION
Empty waste tank before continu-
ing to use toilet. Override full tank
lock-out may cause waste tank to
over ow
Clear clog
Call Tecma at (800-521-3032)
Check for no more than 10% de-
crease in voltage when macerator is
running. If voltage decreases more
than this there may be wiring prob-
lem
Check that supply line is properly
connected to fresh water supply.
Check for kinks in water supply line
Check that circuit breaker has not
tripped, check all pump electrical
connectors
Check water supply valve at mani-
fold
Call Tecma at (800-521-3032)

Normal operation; if only a small
amount drips from the nozzle
Discharge hose from macerator
pump bent. Straighten hose
Check that breaker is not tripped.
Check electrical connectors are
mated
Ensure wall switch electrical con-
nector is fully engaged at controller

ter 8 hours of continuous inactivity
but remains functional. No action
needed

Check that breaker is not tripped.
Ensure all electrical connectors are
