Control pad (CP)
Key assignment
Please note: The relay 1 "Auto" button switches the holiday, party
and ON modes to automatic.
If a person is detected by the MZ 5000, the BiDi module transmits a
"detection signal to the CP". The designated sound is then emitted by
the CP and the LEDs on the control pad flash briefly. If a BiDi module
receives a command from a CP (observe channel selection!), this
command is completed by the detector, which then sends an
acknowledgement signal to the CP. The CP evaluates this signal, then
lights up the LEDs and emits three tones.
LED
Displays transmitted and received commands as well as
acknowledgement signals.
Relay 1
OFF = relay (light) switched off for 12 hours, then switches back to
automatic mode; Auto = automatic mode; ON = relay (light) switched
on for 12 hours, then switches back to automatic mode
Warning: If Time 1 is set to pulse, then ON, holiday or party mode
cannot be activated!
Holiday mode
By pressing the button, the light is permanently switched on for 3.5
hours once the brightness value falls below the value set with the
"LUX" controller. It then switches to automatic mode until the next day
or the next time it starts to get dark. Only applies to relay 1.
This function remains active (until it is deactivated).
Deactivating this function: Press the relay 1 "Auto" button or briefly
interrupt the power supply (i.e. using the pulse button -> see page 9) to
switch the detector back to automatic mode.
Warning: If Time 1 is set to pulse, then ON, holiday or party mode
cannot be activated!
