A '*' before a Label means the USCB or DSCB is stale

An LSP destined for 4.4.4.4 is set up. LSRA automatically requests LSRB for a label mapping
message associated with the destination 4.4.4.4 and LSP can be set up.
# Run the display tunnel-info all command on LSRA to view information about the established
LSPs.
