This SC is detected when:
• The Smart Operation Panel is communicating with the main machine (this is called "flair
communication"), and there was no response from the main machine.
• SP5-748-201 for Smart Operation Panel is not enabled.
Possible Causes
This SC is detected when the CATS module (controller) cannot respond to the notification from the
monitoring service module (operation panel).
Troubleshooting Procedures
• Turn OFF then ON the main power.
• If SP5748-201 is set to "0" (Not connect), change the value to "1" (Connect).
