To activate Screen Capture (for
Windows):
1. Select Screen Capture from the Tools
menu.
A three-button Screen Capture toolbar will appear.
2. Move the Screen Capture toolbar by clicking and dragging the
title bar to any screen position.
3. Close the Screen Capture application by clicking on the Close
button ( ), selecting Close from the Right Mouse menu, or
pressing Alt + F4.
To activate Screen Capture (for Macintosh):
1. Click on the miniature camera icon located at the upper-right
corner of the toolbar.
A drop-down menu will appear.
2. If you want to capture a portion of the screen, select Capture
Selection.
or
If you want to capture an entire screen, select Capture Screen.
The captured region or screen will appear on the new or the
current Notebook page, depending on whether the Snapshot to
New Page command in the Tools menu is selected or not.
To capture a selected screen area:
1. In Windows Notebook, click the Area Selection button.
The cursor changes to a camera icon.
