To enable SMART Grouping:
1. Select Options from the Tools menu.
The SMART Notebook Options dialog box will appear.
2. Click the SMART Grouping tab.
3. Click the Enable SMART Grouping check box.
4. If you want to use Guide Boxes, click the Enable Guide Boxes
check box.
5. Click and drag the Group Area sliding bars to specify the
SMART Board area within which the objects you create will be
grouped. These specifications will be reflected in the size of the
Guide Box that appears (if enabled) when you next write on the
Board.
6. Click and drag the Time Limit sliding bar to specify the amount
of time (on the scale from .5 to 3 seconds) within which objects
you create will be grouped together into a SMART Group.
7. Click OK.
