HOME SCREEN OVERVIEW

The intuitive touch screen on the console allows users to select, set up, monitor, and save workouts.
1. Log In
Press to log in to your LFconnect account.
2. Workouts
Select a pre programmed workout.
3. Quick Start
Press to immediately begin a workout.
4. Options
Press to access the Options Menu.
