OPTIONS - SELECT LANGUAGE

1. Language Options
Select a language to use during a workout.
Note: The default language can be changed by the manager.
2. Right and Left Arrow
Press to scroll through additional language options.
3. Exit the Language Selection Menu and return to the Options Menu.
