HOME SCREEN OVERVIEW

The intuitive LCD touch screen on the Discover SE3 Console allows users to:

Select, set up, monitor, and save workouts.

Access integrated entertainment apps.
1. Log In
Press to log in to your LFconnect account.
2. Create Account
Create an LFconnect account to customize your work-
out experience.
3. Go To Workouts
Select a workout from the following categories:

Browse Workouts

Interactive Courses

Quick Start
4. Select Language
Select a language to use during a workout.
5. LFconnect App Login
Press to show various ways to login to the console via
LFconnect App.
