Performance qualification

Performance qualification needs to performed as outlined in "CSA
Z314.8 Decontamination of reusable instruments". It is the
responsibility of the operator to check that the required cleaning and
disinfection standards are always met.

Routine checks

Before each day's use, the operator must conduct a series of routine
checks. A routine checklist is supplied with the machine.
The following items must be checked:
– All filters in the wash cabinet
– The spray arms in the machine and on any wash carts or baskets
– The wash cabinet and the door seal
– The dispensing systems and
– All wash carts, baskets, inserts, and modules.
