• Remove the radiator mounting bolts.
• Remove the radiator .
Be careful not to bend the radiator fins.
• Remove the horn .
• Remove the front engine cover .
MUFFLER, CHAMBER AND EXHAUST PIPE
• Remove the EXCV cables along with the bracket .
• Disconnect the HO2 sensor coupler lead wire. ( 6-13)
• Remove the mufflers, muffler chamber and exhaust pipes.
( 6-12)
• Remove the radiator mounting bracket .
