• Install the clutch sleeve hub assembly onto the countershaft.
• Install the washer
NOTE:
* Before installing the washer
surface for wear and damage. If necessary, replace it with a
new one.
* The conical curve side of spring washer
• Hold the clutch sleeve hub with the special tool.
\ 09920-53740: Clutch sleeve hub holder
• Tighten the clutch sleeve hub nut to the specified torque.
" Clutch sleeve hub nut: 95 N·m (9.5 kgf-m, 68.5 lb-ft)
• Lock the clutch sleeve hub nut with a center punch.
• Install the spring washer seat
the clutch sleeve hub correctly.
