Not Draining
Check the installation of the drain
hose. Is it too high?

Check the pump filter is not
blocked.

Check that the tub to pump hose
and pump to drain hose are not
blocked or kinked.

Enter diagnostics and activate the
pump. Check / measure that there
is 220-240v AC at the drain pump.

Enter diagnostics and activate the
pump. Check / measure that there is
220-240v AC at the PCB connectors
CN1-5 & CN1-2.

Adjust the height of the drain
hose to be between 800-
1200mm.
Remove and clean the
filter. Refit by tightening
clockwise.
Remove kink from hoses.
If blocked, clear
obstruction.
Replace the pump.
Replace the display

Repair the harness.
