According to the tree structure and the status of the selected connection
routes, RSTP assigns their statuses to the ports

Meaning of the RSTP port states:
D
Disabled = port does not belong to the active topology
D
Discarding = no address learning in FDB and no data traffic apart from
sending and receiving
D
Learning = address learning active (FDB) and no data traffic apart from
BPDUs
D
Forwarding = address learning active (FDB) and sending and receiving
active from all frames (not only BPDUs)
D
ManualFwd = RSTP is disabled at this port. This mode prevents Spanning
Tree from changing the port state.
