1.3 Configuring the Rapid
Spanning Tree
V Set up the network to meet your requirements.
Note: Before you connect the redundant lines, you must complete the
configuration of the RSTP.
You thus avoid loops during the configuration phase.
V In the Redundancy:Rapid Spanning Tree dialog, select:
Global.
V Switch on RSTP on every device
V You now connect the redundant lines.
