Turn off the ice making water supply.
Step 4
Remove the top cover from water reservoir.
Step 5
Refer to chart and premix cleaner with
lukewarm water in a non-metallic container.

Step 6
Remove all water from the evaporator and
water reservoir. Add the entire cleaner/water solution and
re-install the reservoir cover.
Leave the cleaner/water solution in the evaporator for a
minimum of 4 hours.
Step 7
Remove all cleaner/water from the evaporator
and water reservoir.
Step 8
Follow the standard cleaning and sanitizing
procedures.
