RF0300/0650/1200 Flake Ice Machines
30" & 48" Bin Adapter Kit – Installation Instructions
Note: Bin must be level before installation of ice
machine.
1. Apply foam tape across front & back bin
surfaces.
2. Place RH & LH panels on bin as shown. Line
up back edge of panels with back of bin.
Use holes in panels to drill holes for
screws; use a 5/32" drill bit.
Do not drill through bin liner.
3. Place front support and back support on
top of panels, line up slots in supports with
holes in panels. Install supplied screws but
do not tighten completely.
4. Place ice machine on surfaces shown. Snug
up front and back supports to ice machine
base, tighten all screws.
5. Fill all gaps/seams with provided foam
tape. Use food grade RTV sealant along
intersections and the inside edge of the
foam tape to prevent water tracking.
