Printing JOB Menu

A set of data, for which a print request is made, is called a "print job." Up to 190 print jobs of the
latest dates are displayed. You can check the state of your print job or delete the job. To display
the latest state, right-click the mouse in the display area and click Refresh.

Shows the user name entered when the printer driver was installed.
Shows the group number entered when the printer driver was
installed.
Shows the file name for which a print request has been made.
Shows the date the print request was accepted.
Shows the time the print request was accepted.
Indicates the paper size for each print job.
Indicates the number of pages for each print job.
Shows the status of each print job (Printing, Wait, Suspend, ∗∗∗∗).
"∗∗∗∗" indicates that the private print job is spooled.
Deletion for each job. Click on to cancel the printing.
