Shows the details of each menu (Copier Configurations, Printing JOB, Printer Information,
Administrator). The start page of TopAccess (for Administrator) is the Administrator menu screen.
Notes:
The Select Language procedures, Copier Configurations menu, Printing JOB menu, and Printer Information
menu are the same as those for user. Refer to the section on "TopAccess (for User)".
For the messages displayed in the Copier Status display field, refer to the section on "What to Do If Trouble
Occurs".
The status display is changed to the latest data at every fixed time interval. The change interval is set by the
administrator. ("TopAccess SETUP")
Shows the connected state of optional equipment and the sizes of paper in
the paper trays.
Shows the print job state. You can also delete a print job(s).
Shows the settings of this machine.
Make various settings for this machine.
Indicates the status (online/offline) of this machine.
