Select the printer to be used, then click
on [Next].
The [Set Printer name] screen appears.

If necessary, change "Printer name",
then click on [Next].
Only alphanumeric characters are acceptable when
entering the printer's name.
If another printer has been already installed, select
whether to use this printer as the default printer.
When "Yes" is selected, when printing is performed,
this printer will appear for all applications.
The [Shared or Not shared Printer] screen appears.

Click on [Next].
Click on "Share as" when the printer is shared be-
tween computers. Printing can be performed from
the clients.
The same printer driver that is installed in the server
is copied if the client is Windows NT4.0 or Win-
dows 2000.
To allow the driver for PCL5e or PDL to be used in
the client, the driver should be installed in the server,
and the sharing setting should be made.
The [Printing a test page] screen appears.
Select "Do not Share this printer" to proceed to Step
21, [Print Test Page] screen.
Select "Share as" to display the [Location and Com-
ment] screen.
