The Control Unit, the Option Board, and the CompactFlash Card must be ordered
separately.
If your application requires more than one Control Unit, the number can be increased
accordingly. The Control Units are then interconnected via PROFIBUS, for example.
A Control Unit communicates with the associated components (Motor Modules,
Line Modules, Sensor Modules, Terminal Modules, and so on) via the system-internal
DRIVE-CLiQ interface.
