7. When the Reconfigure Memory Status is Failed(Code-04:Failure
of Reconfigure Memory), execute the following reboot operation.
Code-04 occurs when the unwritten data in the cache memory cannot
be saved to the drive.

8. When the Reconfigure Memory Status is Failed(Code-03: Failure
of Reconfigure Memory), ask the Support Center to solve the
problem.
Code-03 occurs when the copy of the management information in the
cache memory fails.

Saving, the spin down may fail if the instruction is received immediately
after the array restarts. When the spin-down fails, perform the spin-down
