Simplified Polarization Microscopy

When configured with the LV-UEPI
1. Mount a polarizer and an analyzer. (p.36, 38)
2. Focus on the sample with bright-field microscopy. (p.16)
3. Set the microscope for simplified polarization microscopy.
4. Return the microscope to bright-field microscopy.
