Warranty / Guarantee
Within the scope of our general terms and conditions of business we
provide the statutory warranty for the product and, where applicable,
expressed and / or agreed guarantees. For warranty or guarantee
claims, please contact your specialist dealer.
The preconditions for the recognition of warranty or guarantee claims are, in every
case, the correct and proper use of the product, the use of original spare parts from
the specialist dealer and the regular carrying out of maintenance and servicing.
The guarantee is excluded for surface damage, the tyres of the wheels, damage
caused by loosened screws or nuts and deflected fixing holes caused by frequent
assembly work.
In addition, damage to the drive and electronics which can be traced back to
improper cleaning with steam cleaners and / or intentional or accidental wetting of
the components is excluded.
Warranty and guarantee claims cannot be asserted for breakdowns due to radiation
sources such as mobile telephones with high transmission power, hi-fi systems and other
strong stray radiation sources outside the specification of the standard.
ATTENTION:
Non-observance of the operating instructions and / or improperly carried out
maintenance work as well as especially technical changes or additions (extensions)
without approval lead to not only the termination of warranty and guarantee
entitlements but also to the product liability in general.
ADVICE
These operating instructions as an integral part of the product must be passed on
with the product in the event of a change of user and / or owner.
We reserve the right to make technical changes for the purpose of technical advancement
