Fault Codes and Diagnosis Codes

If the electronics should indicate a malfunction, please refer to the following fault finding
guide in order to locate faults.
Fault Signal
Fault Indication - Action
1 LED blinks – low battery voltage
Check the condition and the connections of the batteries
2 LEDs blinking –left drive motor not connected Check the wiring of
the left drive motor
3 LEDs blinking – short circuit of the left drive motor Check the plug
connection of the left drive motor
4 LEDs blinking – right drive motor not connected Check the wiring
of the left drive motor
5 LEDs blinking – short circuit of the right drive motor Check the
plug connection of the left drive motor
6 LEDs blinking – battery charger connected Remove the plug
connector of the battery charger
7 LEDs blinking – joystick fault
Switch on the control on the control panel without the simultaneous
movement of the joystick
8 LEDs blinking – fault in the control system Check the cable
connections for plug contact and damage
9 LEDs blinking – disengagement of the drive motors Check the
disengagement of both drive motors
10 LEDs blinking – high battery voltage
Avoid downhill journeys, instead switch on a power consumer (for
example, lights, seat adjuster, uphill journey)
7+5 LEDs blinking – communication fault
Check the cable connections for good plug contact and damage
Seat adjustment indicator – seat adjustment fault
Check all available electrical seat adjusters for
correct function
