Before the First Journey

Before the first journey you must familiarize yourself with the operation and all operating
elements.
ADVICE
If available, use the restraint system (2-4-point belts) on every journey.
Before every journey, make sure:
 that you can easily reach all operating elements
 that the battery is sufficiently charged for the journey.
 that the restraining belt functions correctly
 that the tyre pressure (of pneumatic tyres) is in order.

Overcoming Obstacles

The T4 can overcome obstacles of approx. 8 cm.
ATTENTION! Risk of tipping over
 Never drive towards obstacles at an angle!
 Before driving over the obstacle set the backrest to the 90° position.

contact of the front wheels or the kerb climber
increase speed and first reduce it after the rear
wheels have also overcome the obstacle.

kerbstone at right angles. Before the contact of
the front wheels with the obstacle, reduce speed
and keep it so until the rear wheels have also
